Please understand that there is not much we can do to help, unless 14 business days (Mon-Fri) have already passed from the date the order was shipped.
If more than 14 days passed since you received the shipping notification, please let us know by opening a ticket and will do our best to help you. In the meantime, please confirm with us your shipping address. If possible, have a check at your local post office and see if they have the package for you waiting for pick up.
